We have a special relationship with the leading Wedding Professionals in the industry. You will be matched with these vendors, who will offer you exciting and unmatched styles and tools  that will make your day Fabulous.

This will include your design elements, from your colors, draping,  linen with varied textures & patterns, to your crystals and china that provide the perfect tablescape and setting to host your family and friends.  The stylish candles and warm lights will give you that perfect setting, as you enjoy exquisite cuisine.

We plan consistent design meetings with each vendor to discuss the elements of your wedding, including photography, entertainment, rentals and our floral designers to ensure that no detail is missed.

Our design and planning portals are customized to you for ease of collaborative planning and communication with us, that keeps the wedding and event planning on track.

  • Consultations and support in-person, via email, or by phone as needed beginning 60 days prior to your event
  • Help you enjoy your event and make sure that no detail is overlooked
  • Produce a logistics timeline for all vendors and creative partners, create a timeline for your VIP guests and distribute it to them
  • Coordinate and manage your rehearsal
  • Provide concierges for day as requested for VIP guests
  • Provide a Lead Event Manager with an additional event manager

  • Supervise vendors and integrate all creative staff with venue staff

  • Produce a logistics timeline for all vendors and creative partners, create a timeline for your VIP guests and distribute it to them
